Return & Exchange Policy
• Customers have 72 hours to return or exchange an item if it has not been worn, altered, engraved, or personalized.
• No cash refunds.
• Items may be exchanged for another product of the same value or higher (paying the difference).
• All returns are subject to inspection to verify that the jewelry has not been used or damaged.
Lifetime Gold Guarantee
• All gold jewelry sold by Hialeah Joyería includes a lifetime guarantee that it is authentic gold.
• This guarantee does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, or normal wear.
Payments & Financing
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, and financing options through approved financial institutions.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for payment or financing applications.
• In case of financing, all terms are subject to the lender’s approval and conditions.
Orders, Communication & Shipping
• We may contact customers to confirm orders, provide updates, or request additional information.
• For shipped orders, the customer must provide a correct address. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Warranty & Repairs
• Warranty covers authenticity of gold but does not include repairs, breakage, or resizing, unless explicitly stated.
• Repair services may be offered at an additional cost.
Limitation of Liability
• Hialeah Joyeria is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper handling of jewelry.
• We are not liable for delays, losses, or errors caused by shipping carriers or financing companies.

• We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of fraud, abusive behavior, or violation of store policies.
